I reserve the rights to my artwork, even as a commission. You may not use my commissioned artwork commercially, to sell product, or to be sold as product. I am allowed to post your finished commission on my social media, use it as an example in portfolios, and as promotional work toward my own commissions.

Regarding NSFW commissions, you are allowed to opt-out of having your commission posted on my AD account. (currently uncreated)

Mentioning me by username or crediting me in any other way while using my work as your profile picture, banner, or any other display on social media is requested but not mandatory.

You are allowed to use your finished commission however you may like (non-commercially) as the buyer, (as a profile display, a print, a device wallpaper, etc.) as long as my watermark is not removed or obscured.

You are not allowed to trace, recolour, in any way modify my finished or unfinished work, or claim my work as your own.

After the initial commission agreement, I will send the you the paypal invoice or ask for your venmo information, the commission will be started after the transaction is completed.

The commission will be started once the payment is made in full, via paypal invoice or venmo request, all in USD.

I do not take incomplete payments.

You are allowed a full refund before the commission is started. After the commission has been started, a partial refund may be discussed for the value of the work in progress.

Price may be raised ($1-3) depending on complexity of characters. I only do this for very complex designs!

I am the host of a DID system, and therefore my artistic activity may be sporadic depending on my own activity, as I am the only artist. I will still attempt to complete your commission as soon as possible (in relation to my queue and other life events.) Please understand this when waiting for your commission.

Your commission should not take longer than 1-3 weeks to complete, this estimate is reliant on my own activity as well as my queue. While the commission may not take this long, this window of time allows for any emergency or personal occurance to not delay my work.

Typically I aim to complete my work with as little breaks as possible! I will send you a WIP (or multiple, if requested) and your commission will be placed on hold until you respond and communicate any edits or changes you would like to see in the finished product.

My "default" WIP sending schedule is a shot of the sketch concept, cleaned sketch, and flat colour. You are allowed to request changes or edits in any of these stages such as a pose change, simple additions, or colour corrections. Once we have moved on from a stage, you will not be allowed to request changes specific to that stage. (ie; trying to request a change/addition to the sketch as I am working on lineart)

At the moment, I do not work comfortably within deadlines.

I expect to receive an unshaded, high quality, digital reference of your character(s) you are commissioning me to draw. I am happy to receive multiple references to work from if necessary!

I am capable of working based on shaded or traditional reference images, but please understand that my colouring may be off based on the quality of these references. This can always be corrected in the flat colour stage of your commission!

I will not work off of a description of a character(s) alone, please provide a reference for me.
